Release Emporium Client 2.0: every add-on you bought, updated from your own Admin CP

If you run several of my add-ons, keeping them up to date meant a visit here, a download, an unzip and an upload for each one. Emporium Client 2.0 brings your purchases into the Admin CP of your own forum and turns each update into one button. Version 2.0.2 is on the store now. It is free, and it takes about five minutes to set up.

What you get​

• Your purchases at a glance: the version you run, the latest your licence covers, your support end date and your installations, sorted by what needs you.
• Updates in one click, one at a time or Update all, after your XenForo and PHP versions are checked. XenForo's own installer does the work.
• Install what you own but never installed, from the same page.
• Security releases in red, on the page, on your Admin CP home and by email to the admins you choose.
• Automatic installs if you want them: nothing, security releases only, patches, or everything, per forum or per add-on.
• A Health tab: whether your forum can install updates, whether each add-on's files still match the release, recent errors, and Repair files when something got damaged.
• A support report you copy into a ticket, licence keys masked. It answers my first questions before I ask them.

Set it up in three steps​

1. Get it: open Emporium Client in the store, press Get it free, and install the ZIP from Admin CP, Add-ons, Install/upgrade from archive.
2. Point it here: Admin CP, Add-ons, Purchased add-ons. Enter https://xen-support.com/community and press Continue.
3. Connect: the button it shows opens Connect a board. Press Generate a pairing code, paste the eight characters back in your Admin CP, and press Connect this forum. Every licence on your account appears.

Safe by design​

Your password never leaves this site: your forum receives a key for your licences only, and you can disconnect it from Connect a board at any time. Every request is signed, every package is checked against the fingerprint the store declared and must contain the add-on it is for, and only administrators allowed to manage add-ons can use the page. Test copies on .test, .local or localhost never count against your licence.

Already on 1.0, or on the old Hub Connector?​

Install 2.0 over Emporium Client 1.0 from the archive: your licences, keys and settings are kept. The old XenSupport Hub Connector talked to a service that no longer exists, so you can uninstall it; Emporium Client tells you if both are installed.
