  1. Classified 1.3.2 Fixed The live preview on the posting form showed every listing type at once, plus Urgent, plus an empty location row, whatever the form actually said. The preview hides those with the HTML hidden attribute and the JavaScript was toggling it correctly, but the card styles set a display on the same elements, and an author rule beats the browser's own handling of hidden. The elements now answer to it again. Diagnosed exactly, down to the two declarations at fault, by BladeForums. and 2 more
  2. BoardGameHub 1.1.0 Added Recommended experience. On a game that has expansions in the database, members can propose the combination worth owning: which expansions to take, which to skip, and what the game becomes with them. Rating, both complexity axes, setup, teaching and playing time, and how it plays at each player count. Others vote on it, the best supported one is shown first, and the rest are one click away. Each proposal has its own comment thread, three shown before a Show all link. This exists because a single average mixes people rating the bare box with people rating everything they own, and the reader cannot tell which they are looking at. and 12 more
  3. Classified 1.3.1 Added Categories can say which kinds of listing they accept. A For Sale category that refuses a Wanted listing is not an organisational preference, it is the taxonomy meaning something. Leave a category unrestricted and it behaves exactly as it always has. Restrict it and the posting form narrows the type selector the moment the category is chosen, and the server refuses anything else with a sentence naming the category. Listings already posted are never invalidated by a later restriction: an old listing keeps what it is and can still be edited, and the rule applies again the next time it is relisted or moved. Proposed by BladeForums. and 34 more
  4. XenStaff 2.1.0 Fixed The staff page printed its title and its description twice, once in the standard XenForo page header and again inside the hero banner. Both blocks read the same two phrases, so there was no way to word them differently and no way to keep only one. The hero now reads its own phrases, xen_staff_hero_title and xen_staff_hero_subtitle, and by default the standard header is hidden so the text appears once. Existing wording is untouched: xen_staff_page_title and xen_staff_page_subtitle still feed the browser title, the breadcrumb and the standard header. and 2 more
  5. Classified 1.3.0 Added A Withdrawn listing status. A seller ending a listing without a sale had two options before and both were wrong: mark it sold, which invents a transaction and puts a price nobody paid into the board history, or delete it and lose the record. Withdrawn is the third. It has its own timestamp and badge, it leaves the active marketplace and the search index, its page still opens, and it can be put back on sale. My listings gains All, Active, Sold, Withdrawn and Expired tabs, and staff can withdraw in bulk from the Admin CP. Proposed by BladeForums, who supplied a reference implementation. and 6 more
  6. Classified 1.2.6 Fixed The Detailed Ratings breakdown on a seller profile counted only deals made through an accepted offer. A sale the seller closed by hand naming the buyer is a real transaction and its criterion scores belong there too, so the breakdown now accepts either identifier. The Admin CP count of transactional reviews carried the same restriction and was under-reporting for the same reason. Reported by BladeForums. and 4 more
  7. Classified 1.2.5 Fixed Leaving feedback on a completed deal returned a not found error and saved nothing. Two things can identify a deal: an accepted offer, or a listing the seller closed by hand naming the buyer. The review form only ever carried the offer id, so on a hand closed sale the submit arrived with nothing identifying the deal and the controller had no choice but to refuse it. The form now carries whichever identifier applies, as a hidden field, the way every other form in the add-on does. Reported by BladeForums, whose diagnosis was exactly right. and 1 more
  8. Classified 1.2.4 Fixed Marking a listing sold could complete without closing the listing. The button posted to an address XenForo does not recognise as the Mark sold route: the template asked for the link by its URL format instead of its route name, so the lookup found nothing and XenForo fell back to the section root with the rest treated as a bare action name. The address looks normal and works on a board that leaves it alone, but any setup that normalises addresses redirects it, and a redirect turns a POST into a GET and discards the form. Mark sold now opens the way every other XenForo confirmation opens, through a link into an overlay, with a single POST at the end that does the work. Reported by BladeForums. and 4 more

Great free streak system with real depth

Well, XenStreak does way more than I expected from a free add-on. The tier system with custom levels, milestone alerts, freezes, and the yearly activity heatmap give users a genuine reason to come back every day. The "streak about to end" reminder alone is worth it — and the Bonfire community goal is a brilliant touch that gets the whole forum working together. Setup took minutes, it ties into XenForo criteria for trophies and promotions out of the box, and everything looks polished on 2.3. The fact that this is free while paid alternatives offer less is honestly impressive. Highly recommended for any community that cares about daily engagement. Thanks for great product!
