Recognition works better when it is regular and does not depend on someone remembering. XenSpotlight picks one outstanding member every day, week or month from posts, reactions and solutions, and gives them a page worth being proud of.
What it does
Automatic selection on your schedule, with a manual override when you want to choose yourself.
A stage, not a profile card. The featured member gets a full page, with an optional quote and a stats dock.
The near misses are visible too, through a contenders podium and a ranked list.
History, alerts and a sidebar widget, so the spotlight is not forgotten the day after.

The public page is rebuilt: wash, orbs, a beam, an accent rail and an avatar ring, all following the active theme rather than fighting it.
Contenders now use a masthead plus a top three podium, in the same visual language as XenStaff and XenPing.
XenSpotlight is a standalone Admin CP menu entry, with Manager and Options as sub-items.
A fantastic plugin that truly puts your users in the spotlight! You can configure how often the spotlight changes and even choose to exclude specific users or groups. My users were genuinely excited when they discovered it!
One feature I especially love is that the selected user can add their own comment to their spotlight entry, which makes it feel even more personal and engaging. This is the kind of plugin every community should have if they want to appreciate and highlight their members.
