Plans

Every forum that sells something eventually needs a page that explains what it sells. Most of them end up as a hand written table that nobody dares touch again. Plans builds that page from the admin panel instead, and keeps it honest: change a price once and every place it appears follows.

What it does​

• As many pages as you need. One for memberships, another for advertising slots, a third for whatever you sell next, each with its own plans and its own address.
• Billing cycles with a live toggle. Monthly, yearly, or whatever you name, and the visitor switches between them without the page reloading.
• A shared feature matrix. Write a feature once, then tick which plans include it. The comparison table builds itself and stays consistent across every page.
• A comparison table for the visitors who want the detail, next to the cards for the ones who do not.
• An FAQ per page, so the objections get answered where the decision is made.
• A widget that drops the same table anywhere on the board.
• A real time preview in the Admin CP, so you see the page as you build it rather than after you save it.

No payment code​

Plans presents the offer, it does not take the money. Each price points wherever you decide: a native XenForo user upgrade, an internal route, an external checkout, or nothing at all when the page is there to inform rather than to sell. That is deliberate. Your payment flow already exists and this add-on does not try to replace it.

Good to know​

Requires XenForo 2.3 and PHP 8.0 or later. It adds no payment processing and asks for no keys. If you already sell user upgrades, the prices point at them and nothing else changes. This board runs it: the memberships page in the navigation is built with Plans, and its buttons lead to the native XenForo upgrades.
