Questions
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. You stop the renewal from Your account, My plan, or from your payment account. You keep everything until the end of the period already paid, then nothing more is charged.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your choices stay saved. Plan items stop showing, your profile goes back to free items, and everything comes back as it was if you subscribe again.
Monthly or yearly?
The yearly plan costs less than twelve months. It renews every year unless you stop it.
How does a gift work?
You choose Plus or Max and a length, then a member or a code to send in a private message. A gift is paid once and never renews. A code works once and stays valid for a year.
What if the person already has a plan?
The time offered is added to the end of their current period. If they already pay every month, they can stop their renewal to enjoy the gift without paying twice.
What are trial passes?
With Max you can offer trials of 7 days to members who have never subscribed. A trial stops on its own, with no payment, and shows a distinct trial badge.
What about the right of withdrawal?
A plan gives access to digital content right after payment. Depending on where you live, the law may let you waive the withdrawal right by agreeing to it expressly when you pay. The terms of sale explain how it applies here. If anything goes wrong, contact the staff.
Who handles my payment?
The payment provider shown when you pay. This forum never sees your card number.
What happens to my emojis if my plan ends?
If your plan ends, the emojis already posted stay visible in your messages and your emojis are kept. You can no longer insert them or upload new ones beyond the places of your plan, until you subscribe again.
What is the Founder badge?
Who becomes a Founder? The first 100 members who pay for their own Plus or Max subscription. A subscription received as a gift makes the giver a Patron, not the receiver a Founder; trial passes and staff codes do not count either. The badge stays for life, even after a break.
