I've got XenJourney set up with some basic steps for new users to perform, which include: join the community, upload an avatar, make 5 posts, give/receive reactions, reading the rules etc.
On my admin account I was instantly granted the step for joining the community, everyone seems to have been given that one (there are only 3 accounts during this setup period). However the other steps I've added I cannot see; when I go to the page for my specific journey it shows I've completed 1 of 1, which is the signup step.
None of the others appear on me end and doing the things asked of the steps doesn't unlock anything; however, I believe they are appearing for other users because the one for "uploading an avatar" has been completed by 50% of the registered accounts - the other admin has an avatar uploaded and the test account does not. 50% doesn't seem possible with only 3 accounts, I assume it's not counting my account because my Journey seems to only show only the first step.
I've got every step set to appear "when a user is logged in" as the only selected option, which to me sounds like it should appear to someone regardless of account status, usergroup, post count, reaction score, etc.
Am I doing this wrong? I ran some cache rebuilds to see if I could get the missing steps to propagate to my account but it didn't seem to work. Maybe I didn't rebuild the right ones.
