Five minutes from purchase to a working add-on. Here is the exact routine.
1. Download your ZIP
Go to your account, open the product page and hit Download. You get one ZIP containing the add-on and its README.
2. Install it (pick one method)
Each add-on adds its own entry under Admin CP options (and often its own tab). The start here thread in the add-on's forum lists what to look at first.

- From the Admin CP (recommended): Admin CP > Add-ons > Install/upgrade from archive, pick the ZIP, confirm. Done.
- Via FTP: unzip the archive, upload the
src/addons/XenSupport/folder to your forum root, then Admin CP > Add-ons > Install.

- Make sure your board meets the requirements (XenForo 2.3, PHP 8.1+).
