What it does​

• Synchronised playback of YouTube, Twitch (videos and live channels), Vimeo, VK Video, video and audio files, HLS streams and forum attachments. Play, pause, seek and the next video reach every viewer at once.
• A complete live chat. Replies, native reactions, mentions, edits, a pinned message, slash commands, slow mode, mutes, kicks and bans, plus GIFs and an AI assistant when you add their keys.
• A crew for every party. Co-hosts and moderators, a private backstage channel, a remote that can be passed on, and parties that are public, unlisted or private with invitation links.
• A queue the audience can shape, with upvotes, a vote to skip and autoplay.
• Live polls and predictions with results on the player, and an alert for everyone who guessed right.
• Step away without missing anything. A member can pause for themselves while the party goes on, then catch up at up to double speed.
• Replays with their chat. Every party can be watched again: the chat reveals itself at the right second, reactions and polls replay, and a highlight curve shows where the room went wild.
• Moments you can share. Capture an instant live or in a replay, then post it anywhere on the forum as a card with [WPMOMENT], or a whole party with [WATCHPARTY].
• Premieres and a lobby. Scheduled parties open their doors before the hour with a countdown and start on their own, announced in a lobby chat on the Watch Parties home page.
• Automatic recaps posted in the forum of your choice: figures, videos played, loudest moments and top chatters.

• A home page that is never empty. When nothing is live, it features the next scheduled party with its countdown and a reminder button.
• Replays that open on a conversation. The first chat messages are previewed until playback starts, and parties nobody attended step back in the lists.
• One vocabulary. Party for the event, room for the place, and no more bracketed plurals. 101 phrases were reworded, so review any translation you customised.

• A richer Admin CP: hours watched, peak viewers, polls and moments on the dashboard, a health check of each integration, and options sorted into six clear groups.
