Immersive Messenger 1.2.0 is here: the conversation update. The app gets its biggest visual and comfort pass since launch.

New toys.

• A real emoji picker. Eight categories, search, and a recents row that learns what you use, right in the composer.
• Command palette. One shortcut opens a keyboard-first overlay: jump to any conversation or run messenger commands without touching the mouse.
• All, Pinned and Unread tabs on the conversation list, so busy inboxes stay readable.
• A redesigned New message screen. Name your chat, invite people, lock the conversation, and see a live preview before you send the first word.
• Today and Yesterday separators inside threads, and an edited tag on modified messages.

Feel and polish.
The whole app got a premium visual pass: refined bubbles, a glass composer, a richer wallpaper gallery, proper empty states and smooth enter and exit animations. Voice messages now fail gracefully too: denied microphone, empty recording or an unsupported browser all get a clear message instead of silence.

Real time stays exactly as fast as before, on Pusher, Ably or Soketi, with the polling fallback when a board runs without any of them.
