• Added One to one voice and video calls, started from the conversation header. Media flows browser to browser over WebRTC, so your server never relays audio or video and a call costs your hosting nothing. Signalling rides the realtime channel you already run, with a server fallback when it is needed. STUN and TURN are supported, including the coturn REST scheme, so short lived credentials are minted per call and your TURN secret never leaves the server.
• Added Screen sharing during a call, with a clean switch back to the camera. Voice calls, video calls and screen sharing each carry their own permission, so a board decides exactly which groups can call, and one option turns the whole thing off.
• Added A call screen that behaves like an app: ripple rings while it is ringing, a large avatar, a live timer, and a halo around the speaker that pulses with their actual voice. A call can be minimised into a floating pill while the conversation carries on. Video fills the frame with your own preview in the corner. Mute, camera, screen share, accept and hang up carry keyboard focus, dialog semantics and live announcements for screen readers.
• Added Calls leave a trace in the conversation. Missed, declined and completed calls write a centred event line with the duration, and those lines are real conversation messages, so a member who was offline gets the unread badge, the list preview and the notification they would get for anything else.
• Added The Enter key is configurable at two levels. An admin option sets the board default, Enter sends with Shift and Enter for a new line, or Enter adds a new line with Ctrl and Enter to send. Each member can then override it in their preferences, where Board default is the third choice, so nobody has to decide anything to get sensible behaviour. Requested by club-home.
• Added A formatting panel in the composer, and an emoji picker that reads the emoji list of your XenForo installation, with its categories and its search, rather than a preset bundled with the add-on. Messages still render through XenForo BBCode, so they read the same everywhere on the board. Requested by club-home.
• Fixed The composer no longer takes focus on a touch device. Opening a conversation to read it used to raise the keyboard and shift the page under the reader. On a desktop the focus still lands in the composer, where it saves a click. Reported by club-home.
• Fixed A reliability and security pass over the PHP, the JavaScript and the CSS. Ring signals are flood limited so nobody can ring in a loop, usernames are neutralised before being embedded in forwarded message notes and mentions, switching conversation during a call no longer interrupts signalling, cancelling a call while the other side is answering is handled cleanly, a busy peer is reported at once, and closing the tab during a call tells the other side immediately.
• Fixed Dozens of smaller ones, including readability in the dock on a light theme, 44 pixel touch targets on mobile, iOS safe areas on the call screen, reduced motion coverage and visible focus rings.
